About
Healing and Growing through Adversity
I started this practice to support individuals and couples on their path to healing especially those impacted by trauma, abuse, exploitation, or loss. Over the past 18 years, I’ve worked with children, adults, and families navigating deep pain and complex stories, helping them reconnect to safety and meaning.
I’m trained in EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Trauma & Affairs through the Gottman Institute. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I'm bilingual (English/Spanish) and offer telehealth services across Texas.
Starting June 22, 2024, I’ll be accepting select insurance plans. I also provide clinical supervision for LMSWs pursuing LCSW licensure.

- Biopsychosocial Assessment: $180
- Psychotherapy session 45-60 min : $125 - $150
- Psychotherapy session with EMDR: $150 - $175
